What is the benefit of Fronius Welducation Basic?

It is now possible to acquire welding knowledge in an engaging manner. Tedious study of theoretical concepts is a thing of the past with the availability of Welducation Basic.

This complimentary application for smartphones and tablets offers detailed information on welding. The quiz aids in acquiring theoretical knowledge, while the welding game allows users to virtually practice practical skills. Users can then globally compare their acquired welding knowledge with other app users through an interactive ranking system.

What do the quiz and game involve?

	<li>Quiz: Through the quiz, each user incrementally builds a foundation of basic welding knowledge. By answering 10 multiple-choice questions on welding across various levels, users receive a final score. Personal results are recorded on a ranking list, and high scores can be compared internationally.</li>
	<li>Game: The welding game provides users with initial hands-on experience in virtual welding. By completing tasks such as laying a bead on a plate or executing fillet and butt welds, users progress through different levels. A virtual trainer, known as "Ghost," assists with welding speed and position through color-coded cues. The objective is to achieve the highest possible score, which is tracked on personal and online ranking lists.</li>
